A reciprocal knowledge exchange yarn about water systems and country with local mob, Gumbaynggirr Good Koala Country’s Koala Officer Ciaron Dunn, Darrunda Wajaar Rangers, NSW Local Land Services and National Parks and Wildlife.

A delicous breakfast and lunch buffet spread will be provided to nourish our expanding minds by Levenvale Farm owners Sam and Georgina Baker. All food is sourced from their multi-species pastures (Bello Beef) and organic garden (The Patch Organics). The Patch Organics market garden uses permaculture and biodynamic practices and operates a pasture-raised meat chicken business on the multi-species pastures of Levenvale Farm.
